We offer all valid registered users of AB Tutor Control free upgrades to version 5.  There is a small charge for upgrading to Version 6.

If
 - you purchased your licence(s) from an official AB Tutor Control Reseller
and
- that Reseller has registered your purchase with AB Consulting by giving us details of your school and the number of licences allocated to the school

Then

- you can upgrade your registered installations to version 5 at no extra cost  (please note that you will be charged for upgrades to version 6 and subsequent releases)

But

- if you did not obtain your licence from an authorised Reseller
and
- if the Reseller has not sent us an official notification of your licence purchase and has not paid us the cost of of that licence

Then, as we have no record of your licence, you will not be considered a 'valid registered user' and will not therefore be able to obtain free upgrades to version 5.

 If you would like to know if your Reseller is an officially registered reseller, or if you have purchased AB Tutor Control licences, and your Reseller is now asking you to pay for upgrades to Version 5, please email us directly.
