 If you have purchased your previous licences from a reseller, you will not find an 'Order More' button on your account homepage. To order further licences, you will need to contact your Reseller directly. Should you for some reason wish to purchase additional licences directly from AB Consulting, you will need to email our sales team.
1. Log into your account in the LMS as usual.
2. Click on the 'Order More' button you will see at the top of your screen. This will open up the 'Order More Licences' screen. Now fill the form in as follows:
- Fill in the reference field
- Select your preferred currency
- Add the number of additional licences you wish to order. You can order version 6 of AB Tutor or purchase upgrade licences to version 6.
The system will automatically calculate the cost of your additional licences in your chosen currency, taking into account the number of existing licences.
The exchange rates we use are those provided by Worldpay.
3. Now check that you are happy with the details you are about to submit.
4. Click on the 'print quote' button to create a quote for your records. (Select File, Print to send a copy to your printer.)
5. If you wish to do so, you can place an online order which will be sent to us immediately by clicking on the 'place order' button. Alternatively, raise a purchase order as normal based on the printed quote, and send both the purchase order and printed quote to us (either by fax to +44 (0)1483 433350 or as an attachment to an email to sales@abconsulting.com)
 If your previous licences were purchased for you by an umbrella organisation (e.g. a school district) you will not be able to place an order directly. You can either ask your district contact to make the online order for you or you can print out a copy of the quote and send it to your district to make the order on your behalf. If you wish to purchase from us directly, you will need to email our sales department.
 If you prefer not to make the order online, just print a copy of the quote, raise a puchase order as usual and send both the order and the quote to us (preferably by email or fax.)
