Please note that the information provided below only applies to single schools or companies who have not previously purchased licences. Larger organisations that wish to buy licences for distribution to schools need to contact us directly
There are two main ways of purchasing AB Tutor licences - you can either purchase licences online using your credit/debit card, or you can send us a purchase order against which we will raise an invoice.
Purchasing Online
1. To purchase licenses online, go to our online purchase page. 2. You will notice that this site is secured by Thawte. 3. Enter the number of licences you wish to purchase, and select the currency in which you want to pay for the licences. 4. Now complete the 'Purchase Details' section. 5. Click on 'Continue to Secure Payment Page'. This will take you into WorldPay's site where you can complete your transaction.
As soon as we receive confirmation of the online purchase from Worldpay, we will automatically send you an email to acknowledge the order. At this point no money will be debited to your card - a hold will merely be placed on your card to 'reserve' the money for AB Consulting.
Within at the most one working day, unless there has been a problem with the transaction, we will create and activate an account for you and will email you the information you need to activate your software. At this point your card will be debited for the full amount.
If there has been a problem with the transaction, we will email you to inform you of this and the hold on the money will be released within 1 week of the original transaction.
Ordering with a Purchase Order
1. Go to our 'Get a Quote' page Create and print out a quote 2. Raise an official purchase order against that quote 3. Either scan and email both the quote and the purchase order to sales@abconsulting.com or fax both documents to +44 1483 433350. You can also put the purchase order and quote in the post to us, but we would not recommend this for customers outside the UK.
As soon as we receive your order, we will create you an account in the licence management system. We will immediately email you your software activation instructions and your invoice.
You have 30 days to pay the invoice using any of the following methods:
- using our secure online invoice payment form - by sending us a cheque in the post - by direct bank transfer
