This error can occur when you are trying to connect to a remote machine using the machine's name or a domain name and your network or DNS server is unable to resolve the name correctly. For example, the DNS server may return a valid MX record, but there may not be a valid A record indicating the host itself exists but is not directly reachable.
This is a network issue and you will need to seek the help of your network administrator.
