Hi Guys,

I've downloaded the latest version 5.4.1. When I try to use the Show command, the tutors screen does not show up on the client at all. Contents of the debug.log on the client are:

Code:

17 Jul 2008, 13:28:00, [992], Debug level set to 1
17 Jul 2008, 13:28:00, [1140], Service Starting
17 Jul 2008, 13:28:24, [1140], Client connection requested: <tutorIP>::1591
17 Jul 2008, 13:28:28, [1140], Watch command sent from '<tutorIP>::1591'
17 Jul 2008, 13:28:28, [1140], Client connection authorized: <tutorIP>::1591
17 Jul 2008, 13:28:49, [1140], End watch sent from '<tutorIP>::1591'
17 Jul 2008, 13:28:58, [1140], Show command sent from '<tutorIP>::1591'
17 Jul 2008, 13:28:58, [1140], CRASH!!!!! RecordExceptionInfo
17 Jul 2008, 13:28:59, [1140], Exception (0xc0000005) at 001b:0043a04a.
17 Jul 2008, 13:29:04, [1132], Debug level set to 1
17 Jul 2008, 13:29:04, [3688], Service Starting
17 Jul 2008, 13:29:12, [3688], Client connection requested: <tutorIP>::1602

I've tried it on two different machines with fresh installs and the same thing happens/shows up in the debug.log. Both machines are running Windows XP SP3, has anyone else come across this problem?

Please update to version 5.4.2 which will fix this problem.

To update your system:

- Launch AB Tutor Control
- Select 'Tools' - 'Check for Updates'
- Download and install the update on your machine.
- Connect to all remote client machines
- Select 'Tools' - 'Client Maintenance' and select 'Check for older client programs'
- Now press and hold the Ctrl key and select OK
- Follow instructions on updating ALL remote machines
