We are currently running V6.3.3 and are finding a couple of issues with it:
1. Often, if I login to a client PC with ABTutor, do whatever I need to and then log out, it reboots that client computer (it seems to do this most of the time)

2. At least one teacher has reported that, on occasion, the mouse starts bouncing all over the screen on client computers she is watching.

Any ideas on what the issue could be?

Richie

Does this to us too. If I remember rightly an error message always pops up first. Next time it happens I will screenshot it.

Have you tried enabling the Don’t Block Ctrl+Alt+Del during ‘Lockout’ mode option in the Advanced tab of the ABTC configuration? Page 29 from the manual:
When you take control of a remote machine and select the ‘Lockout’ mode to prevent the remote user from interfering with you command, then by default the Ctrl+Alt+Del key combination is also blocked. We’ve found on certain hardware configurations that this can lead to problems when used to remotely logon/logoff a user. If you experience any such problems we recommend you select this option. If you still experience problems contact AB Consulting.
