better time control on policies

I would like to see more control given over time spans for policies to be active or inactive for. The current time slots are in 30 minute intervals, I would like to be able to set 5, 10, 15 minute intervals as well.

For example at the moment you have to make a policy active/ inactive for at least 30 minute if you want it to start and stop automatically however this is no good if your lessons are not 60 minutes in length.
