Hi

We are trying to use the 'Collect Files' option in AB Tutor Control v4.0.

The thing is our users homefolders are located on the network as a share (drive letter N: and 'My Documents' redirected to this share via Group Policy). It doesn't appear that AB will allow us to collect files from a network drive even if we use %MYDOCUMENTS% or the drive letter N:.

If we use C: it will list the files on drive C:. (We normally deny access to Drive C: on the curriculum machines).

In summary: Should AB Tutor v4.0 allow us to collect files from a students homefolder located on the network or not?

Thanks

David

We have a similar problem, but with a different Network Drive letter. At this stage collecting and distributing files is a function we have been unable to get active.
Any sugestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Michael

We have the same problem. AB Tutor doesn't connect to network drives it seems.

I also just noticed that the screenshot capture function doesn't work either if the capture directory is on a mapped network drive.

Version 4.4 currently in beta test fixes this problem.
