This forum is designed as a place for users to support each other. It is not intended as the primary route to technical support. We will of course check and respond to posts in this forum. But if you are looking for immediate support for a problem, we would recommend that you contact support@abconsulting.com in the first instance - we will always prioritise emailed requests for help. That way we can also telephone you if we need more information.

Some technical support issues need two-way communication and require us to request information from you that would not be appropriate in a public forum (e.g. inventories of your machines, details of the firewalls you run etc). For this reason it is preferable to refer technical support issues through support@abconsulting.com
