I have not found a way to block web sitres from firefox (or Opera for that matter)
The only solution I have found is to block access to firefox etc using a policy and then you can block access from IE as normal

The next version 5, due for release soon, has a new web filtering function that will block urls from any application.

Please keep an eye on the web site for this release.
