When our teachers use the lock feature which shows the 'Attention Please' screen the keys i and d stop working on around a fifth of the computers. On a few, the mice also stop working.

It is completely random which machines it occurs on also.

We get the same thing here.

The only way I've found to get the mouse working again is to CTRL+ALT+DEL. Then the mouse starts working again.

We're running version 5.0.9

I had all of the computers in the lab locked... when I unlocked them, ALL of the mice stopped working. Some keyboards too. Only thing I can think of is the keyboards and mice are USB instead of PS2. Andy.... has this problem been resolved yet? I'm using 5.0.9

a teacher here says

When locking the computers and unlocking the mouse fails to respond.
Also, some computers are staying locked as if they have lost connection to the network. I checked the cable.
