We purchased tutor control product three months ago. We have been using and very excited about the possibilities EXCEPT.... it now comes up and ask for an unlock code, again but the identity code is now different than what was originally on this machine. We had already put in an unlock code that goes with (or went with) the identity code for this machine and we had been using it. No one has done a new download or a new install on this machine. I am perplexed! I really need access now that I have become dependent on this program. Please help!

AB Control helped me with this and they gave me a new pass-code. I am not sure but the new Identity Code may have appeared because of a change in the machine?s hardware configuration (we added a network printer driver to print over the network after we had installed the AB Tutor program.)

I find that my identity code changes if the network connection status is different from when you registered the software.

e.g. If I have my laptop plugged into the wired network then I am prompted for a registration code with a different identity code. Upon removing the network cable and starting the application when connected to our wireless network only the identity code returns to normal and I'm able to access ABtutor with no problems.

Does this help?
