I have found that if a teacher sets a policy where by the Internet is turned off then if they do not log out of their laptop corectly (I.e just close lid and not log off) then the Internet blockage policy still remains. This was a problem today when it had been set on friday but then a teacher went into ICT room this morning without laptop and could not unset the policy. Is this meant to happen or not?
I would imagine that this is more the users fault than the application itself.
Is the policy set to "Temporary" or "Apply to the computer"? With a temporary policy set when the client computer is turned off the policy is removed or when the teacher closes ab-tutor.
