When I have control of a users desktop and log them out using the normal start menu method the machine ends up restarting. If I log them out using the log off button in the Tutor Control console it works fine. Very annoying.
Yes, this is a know problem and [b]only[/b] occurs if you use 'Lockout' mode when controlling a remote machine and you then logout via the 'Start' menu. It's ok if you logout when in 'Shared' mode.
