When Viewing a Screen and right clicking and using the context menu if i use the logon function it does not grey out the logon and make logoff active. Also if i view an already logged on user and use this menu to log them off. The Logoff does not grey and logon does not become active.
P.S. in this context menu possibly rename Snapshot to Capture.
Just trying out v4.0.16 which fixes this issue. I believe the issue was caused by previous versions not polling for status of the currently logged on user/logon status while watching/controlling.
Yes, version 4.0.16 fixes this problem, but we've not yet officially released it. We will be releasing v4.1 shortly. This will have a few minor bug fixes and also include a Context Sensitive help so you don?t need to refer to the full manual to get help on using AB Tutor Control, you just press the normal F1 key.
It will also include the French and Dutch language versions.
