This was a known issue with earlier AB Tutor Control versions on Windows 2003. We have now solved it in the latest version 4.4

Give it a go and let me know if you have any problems.

Thanks

Andy

Hi Andy,

I'm from a School in devon and we have just downloaded the trial as we are interested in using on vista.

We have installed the client on a new vista business machine, we can connect to it, however when we do all we see is a blank screen, we can however power off the computer etc. Also when we use "Give demo" it prompts the user that there is a program which cannot be shown on their desktop and then if they choose to see it, it takes them to the "vista third dimension" where they can view the demo.

Any ideas?
Thanks
James
