when i lock the computers and then unlock them when you try going on that computer the CTRL ALT and DELETE dont work on the keyboard but the lights on the keyboard go on and off and you can move the mouse so the computer is not frozen. i think its blocking the CTRL ALT and DELETE on the keyboard. _________________ F Castellano
We have a similar problem - occassionaly - when I lock and unlock the computer a random machine will stop responding to the keyboard. The only thing I have been able to do to resolve it is to unplug the keyboard and plug another one in then re-boot.
This bug has been fixed in version 4.5. Please update your AB Tutor Control by selecting 'Tools' - 'check for Updates' or just re-download the latest version from the web site and install over your current installation. You need to update all your clients to fix the bug.
Once you have version 4.5 Tutor installed, connect to ALL machines, select 'Tools' - 'Client Maintenance' and select 'Check for older client programs' to force a client update.
We are updating the web site at the moment and so please don't worry about it showing version 4.4, it's actually version 4.5
