Student Initiated chat?

does anyone know how students can initiate chat session?

documentation does not mention it, but it says this can happen on the 'features' list on website.

You can only give a client the option to chat to a teacher if you enable a privacy policy, and let them know that AB Tutor is running on their machine.

Go to Policy Manager, and create a Policy named something like "Show AB Icon".

Select Enable Privacy as the type of Policy.

Select just the 'Indicate to a user that a Tutor is Connected' option. This will place the AB Tutor Icon in the system tray. The student can right-click on this to call up the chat window.
