I have run across an odd bug. When you connect to an ABtutor control client enabled computer with Windows Remote Desktop, Abtutor desktop control seems to break. When you watch the client, you get a black screen. Also, you can not lock or log in to the system.
If you go to the computer and log into the computer locally, it will then start working again. You can also restart the computer from a command line if you can't physically get to it. (shutdown -r -m \\<computer name> -t 0)
I think it has something to do with the way Windows Remote Desktop works. Good thing to look into for future releases. I don't know if version 6 has the same issue. |
