Is it possible to have a feature or policy that replicates viewing a PC, locking it out, send CTRL+ALT+DEL and then clicking lock computer?

It would be good to be able to secure PCs remotely, without having to go through this process. We do this when a teacher is inactive, and we want to make sure their login environment is protected until they return.

Unlocking would also be handy.
