I don't suppose there's any plans to make a linux version of the AB Tutor software?

Hi!

Currently, as you say, we do not have any plans for a linux (or unix) version as the number of people requesting it would not warrant the development.

However, we would like to get more feedback from our clients and potential clients about whether there is in fact a demand for AB Tutor to run in a Unix environment.

Ok, no probs. Just that we're getting a number of Asus eee-PCs which have a linux-based OS and would be nice to install the AB client on them to keep an eye on them. I would also switch the computer I work on to Ubuntu if AB Tutor would run on it.

Definately interested in Linux for exactly the same reason, netbook use. I would predict a huge need in the near future.

Although we have no definite plans yet, we are getting more requests to be able to connect to Linux and other clients, and are looking into this...

It does install with Wine, although it does have functional glitches, and doesn't seem to connect to all of my clients for unknown reasons.
