When sending a message, they are remembered in a previous message list for later use, very handy !
( from the manual: Each time you press the Send button, the system also adds the message to the ?Previous Messages? list for subsequent selection.)

But is it possible to delete entries from that list?

Why? I do send alot of messages and sometimes as personal as possible and there's no use keeping them in the previously sent message pull down box.

Hi

These messages are stored in your personal Windows profile, so normally only you (or anyone who logs on as you) will see them.

They are stored in the registry folder:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ABConsulting\AB Tutor Control\Messages

If you wish to delete 1 or more entries, you must rename the 'numbers' assigned as names so they run consecutively from 1 to X other wise the messages after the one you delete will not get displayed in the drop-down list.
