It appears for us as tho the shutdown command is not working correctly. When we request a client to shutdown it does one of two things. Resets or shutsdown. It seems as tho that it does either of these at random but with further investigation it does the one that the user previously selected at the login screen.
Clients ver3.7 on Windows 2000
Teacher ver3.7 on Windows 2000
Have yet to test on Windows XP but will let you know if it occurs.
If you require anymore information please let me know.
