MS Office 2007 not showing

Hi all, i was just helping out one of our teachers with a minor query whilst she was using Word, in MS Office 2007 and i noticed that when clicking the round Office button in the top left of the screen the resulting drop down menu (from where you can choose 'Save As' etc) does not show when controlling the client machine via ABTC. I asked the teacher is she could see the dropdown menu and she could so i had to ask her to click the appropriate button for me as i couldnt see it. I have tried this on nearly all our machines in school which have MS Office 07 and it seems that ABTC just doesnt want to feed this part through to the Remote machine?? Any ideas??[/img]
