Website blocking policy not applying and Unable to Install

Hi All

hoping you can help.

were trialling AB Tutor its all seems good but I have two small problems.

1, the website blocking policies don't seem to be applying.
I have created a policy to block sites such as facebook, myspace, etc. when I apply it to the pc's the icon shows on the Tutor control that's its been turned on but the client pc's can still access those sites.

Other policies seem to work fine, I have tested printer and application blocking and they work no problem.

2, I cannot install the client software on one of the netbooks we use. we have 7 Asus netbooks and I cannot install the client on one of them it installs fine on the rest, It fails with a message saying the installation has failed. all of the net books have identical builds on

The netbooks are running Windows 7
the client pc's are Windows 7 and Vista SP1
Control PC has XP SP3 on
using AB Tutor V6 and installing manually

Any help will be greatly appreciated
