Not sure if this is a bug or me just not knowing the software well enough yet, but is there any way to refresh the workstation list, either automatically or manually?
After my initial connection, if one student logs off and another logs in to the same PC, the workstation list continues to show the information of the previously logged in student. Or if no one was logged in at the time of connection, and then a student logs in, the workstation list continues to show no user logged in.
The only way I've found to refresh the list is to completely exit and relaunch the software. |

The list is refreshed on a timer that can be adjusted via the 'Advanced' tab under 'Settings'. To access this tab, hold down the 'Ctrl' key and select 'Tools' - 'Settings'. This shows the 'Advance' tab.
Please check the value in 'Poll clients...' The default should be every 5 seconds.

| Thanks for the reply. Mine is set to "Poll clients for username, policies and application changes every: 5 seconds." This was the default and had not been changed, yet mine still doesn't refresh. Could it be because I'm running a trial version? We are evaluating the software for possible purchase and love everything about it, except for this! Thanks. |

| Now that I look closer, I guess maybe the list technically is refreshing since it seems to "blink" about every 5 seconds. I guess what it isn't doing is either acquiring the updated information or displaying it. |
