Upgrade Policy

We have had to make a change to our free upgrade policy and version 5 will be the last upgrade to be offered free of charge. Starting from version 6 (and all subsequent major releases), we will be charging an upgrade fee of approximately 25%.

Minor bug fixes or interim releases will of course continue to be free.

All valid registered users of AB Tutor Control version 3 or 4 may upgrade to version 5 free of charge.

Support
We will continue with our policy of free support, but it will only extend to the current and previous versions of the software.

Our update and support policies are subject to periodic review and AB Consulting reserves the right to change these in future versions of AB Tutor Control.
